We are happy to work with the architect of your choice or with drawings that you already have. This especially important on larger/more complex projects and in the permitting process.

We are also pleased to recommend Mark Parker Architects, with whom we have enjoyed a long-term relationship. We find Mark to be very knowledgable, approachable, and open to your ideas. He has a great focus on the environment and eco-friendly materials & practices while always remaining mindful of your budget and needs.

Products

Some of the best products and materials are the ones that you already have that can be reused. These oftentimes make up some of the most memorable components of a remodel and can be a real focal point in your home. We'd love to work with you to reclaim the treasures that are already in your home.

We strive to use sustainable products and local sources where ever its practical to do so; our goal is to create a healthy living space for you while minimizing the impact to our environment. One of our favorite sources is ecohaus, they offer many innovative products with a strong environmental focus.

We also work with Dunn Lumber quite often. They are a local, family-owned business and offer excellent service and products. They are serious about our environment, offering green products and procuring from sustainable sources.
